See attempt 1 and attempt 2 of the CI job where the test fails, and attempt 3 where it did not (all on the same commit).

A note to myself or whoever looks into this: I have no idea if this is related, but depending on where the runners that were used are hosted, both the failing runs could have been around midnight local time.

Edit: failing locally for me at 7:30PM PST Edit: passing again after 9:20AM PST
