Overhaul the Emacs tutorial to be in sync with recent updates to our IDE tutorials.

Thanks for taking the time to leave some feedback @melodell ! Great suggestion to move the pro-tip about menu bars.

Any reason you don't introduce students to Org Mode in this tutorial? I'm still loyal to the Cult of Vim, but my casual passes through the modern Emacs community suggest that Org Mode is one of its more beloved features. (Not sure how much Emacs experience you need before you can get into it.)

The only reason is that I'm not personally proficient with Org Mode. It's on my bucket list to play around it.
