VSCode on macOS avoid pitfall #124

When installing VS Code on macOS, it's easy to miss installing the Microsoft C/C++ extension, which is needed for intellisense. Improve the workflow by indicating this extension install in both the macOS and Windows subsections instead of above both sections.
