Separate VS Code Tutorials for Windows/Mac #143

The interleaved format with Windows and Mac instructions in each subsection makes the VS Code tutorial difficult to follow, since you need to read through the whole thing but skip every other piece.

Separate documents would reduce clutter and improve usability. There's no need for the Windows and Mac instructions to be together.
