VS Code Windows: Opening Folder in WSL #150

Change this to match the previous section with updated instructions:

Start VS Code and open your project folder. `View` > `Command Palette` (<kbd>ctrl</kbd> + <kbd>shift</kbd> + <kbd>p</kbd>). Search for and select `WSL: Open Folder in WSL`.
