Windows Terminal #23

Windows Terminal is now pretty well established and would be nice to include in the tutorials, especially because it plays nicely with some features like "Open in Windows Terminal" from the file explorer:

Setup would involve opening Windows Terminal once and adjusting settings to make "Ubuntu" the default.
