Always use the most recent code in tests #113

Use the checked out code in the same repo/branch/commit/PR in the docker image to test against. fixes #112

This open source contribution to the tei-publisher-app project was commissioned by the Office of the Historian, U.S. Department of State, https://history.state.gov.

I think this PR is an important contribution, since it allows CI to test the changes to code in PRs.

Before this PR, CI only tested the master branch.

This PR is needed to demonstrate that the other recent PRs from @ccheraa work as expected. (They pass locally.)
