Migrate docker tp8 #127

this should be merged after the release of TP8, it is independent of the redesign work for the larger container setup.

Since the image used for testing here is pulling a source build from master of the main app, we could also pull this earlier given that master is already a 8.0.0-SNAPSHOT kind of thing.
