add support for URL patterns (some parameters are part of the path and not parameters)
allow properties to be ignored when serialising the URL

encode multiple values of one parameter by repeating the parameter and not as comma separated (issue introduced in tei-publisher 8)
ignore null values in URL, pb-custom-form, pb-load
pb-browse-docs: initialise correctly with multiple facet values selected
