huge wavetable buffer operations can make your browser crash

this causes you to lose your work! big problem.

i.e. if it runs out of memory

Need a general solution for memory issues.

• use performance.memory and check when allocating memory to make sure it's okay
• if not, throw exception
• fix and do this properly when I implement my own memory management and garbage collection
