If an heterozygous is assigned a particular colour, then there should be a possibility for the users to have the curve connecting the two haplotypes of this individuals drawn automatically in this colour (and not only the haplotypes). When two haplotypes are connected by individuals that were assigned different colours, then the curve connecting the haplotypes should be drawn as bands of different colours (with thickness reflecting the numbers of individuals assigned to each colour).

The "rainbow" mode is now implemented and works well, let's implement the "dashes" mode as well.

A "dash mode" would still be a nice addition I think
