There should be two distinct pages for the two programs. HaplowebMaker should end with the partitions file (that users can download if they want to add columns, e.g. morphological characters); whereas CoMa should take as input a partitions file (having a short cut next to the partitions files than open directly the file in CoMa would be nice).
