BILLING: billing period on the invoice must be more precisely defined #2

Currently we have codes "YQ23 03" deposited, which is not enough from an accounting point of view, there should be a precise definition (e.g. July 23, from July 1,23 - July 31,23,.....)

Either give backend other data from the frontend, as this data is sent to the backend through an endpoint. Other option would be the encode the "YQ23 03" in the backend to YQ = Quartal, 23 = 2023 and 03 to third quatal in this example.
