Change source repository to the "assembly" branch #19

I found a GIT branc where the assembly is being developed. Since this is a key
feature for what we are trying to do, it would be good to switch the branch
that we are 'sub-module'ing to be this branch.

From git://free-cad.git.sourceforge.net/gitroot/free-cad/free-cad we want the
jriegel/dev-assembly branch.

I do not know enough about GIT to make this switch.

If people are modifying the dev assembly branch itself, they should do that.
They can even do that in the submodule directory within this project. People
that aren't making changes to the dev assembly, but still want to use it for
something else can use our own repo with periodic submodule updates. People
that want to use our repo but don't care about freecad can do so without
running any submodule updates and they'll never even have to download the
freecad code.

If there are any use cases I missed, please let me know. For now though, I'm
closing this issue.
