cant sent msg from telegram channel to irc channel #72

i got that msg in console the bot can sending msg from irc channel to telegram channel but the bot cant sending msg from telegram channel to irc channel https://pastebin.com/raw/RgjFA5hY <--this is my telegram-api-config.tcl pls help what's wrong sorry for my bad english
