These configurations will create a new service named wpa_supplicant@ap0.service which creates an access point where other devices with stale filters can connect in order to get a new one.
The device can switch back to its wlan0 settings by executing the systemctl start wpa_supplicant@wlan0.service.
Note that one wpa_supplicant service can run at a time.
These settings have a different tag and not "production" or "development" because some devices are already running the episode software and we don't want them to install it again because it takes a lot of time.
