Create basic creator pages #14

Goal

The goal of this issue is to create appropriate pages for the creator to manage his resources.

Steps

Create a page for creator to manage resources. The creator should manages its own resources and view all resources.
The admin should be able to create, modify, disable or delete content.

Definition of done

The issue will be considered closed when the creator is provided with the aforementioned functionality and all integration tests pass.
