Create components to consume resources #15

Goal

The goal of this issue is to create components with Flutter to consume resources appropriately.

Steps

Create consumer components for images, video, text, etc.
Create customizable theming options that the administrator could configure depending on branding.
Create customizable theming options that the user can change, e.g. dark theme.
Add functionality so that the creator could create drafts before publicizing them.

Definition of done

The issue will be considered closed when the functionality described in the steps is present and corresponding integration tests pass.
