Provide customization hooks for the admin

Goal

The goal of this task is to provide customization hooks for the administrator of the CMS deployment through a simple configuration file on build time.

Steps

• Provide a styles file or folder.
• Provide the ability to change colors, background colors, elevation of components and ripple.
• Provide other styling parameters if needed.

Definition of done

The issue will be considered closed when the administrator is able to create a build with custom style.
