Document features and deployment using the latest production commit

Goal

The goal of this task is to provide thorough documentation on existing deployment, feature and user scenarios.

Steps

• Document the existing flows and deployment issues before GSoC 2021.
• Document the created deployment, features for the REST API and the frontend client with basic flows and scenarios.

Definition of done

The issue will be considered closed when the common flows and scenarios are thoroughly documented, both using the frontend environment produced by the project and the REST API existing or enhanced.
