This pull request contains changes in the installation scripts to support the added frontend functionality and to the documentation site to add new information. More specifically:
Minor changes were made to the delete resource endpoint of the CMS server.
The installation scripts were modified to support the new frontend functionality.
Flutter components for the resource page were refactored to comply with the teams preferences.
Documentation referring to the new functionality and to the GSoC final review was added.
