Create a Grafana dashboard #5

Goal

The goal is to create a Grafana dashboard to be used as default with the installation.

Steps

Bring up the installation with Grafana for docker-compose and Kubernetes.
Create the dashboard including metrics from the Spring Boot server.
Export the dashboard as json and include in the installation procedure.

Definition of done

The issue will be considered closed when the dashboard is created, exported and the administrator can setup the CMS with Grafana provisioning.
