Initialize frontend application

Goal

The goal of this task is to create a frontend client using Flutter.

Steps

• Initialize the Flutter application.
• Create basic components for appbar and sidebar.

Definition of done

The issue will be considered closed when the application is initialized and the basic components will be created.
