Create CI/CD artifacts for the frontend application #8

Goal

The goal of this task is to create a Jenkinsfile to be used as a pipeline for the frontend application.

Steps

Setup jenkins.
Create a worker for flutter.
Create a working Jenkinsfile to integrate code and create the built application.
Setup deployment features for the corresponding platforms.

Definition of done

The issue will be considered closed when the Jenkinsfile provides a CI/CD pipeline.
