Show more information on kernel line #26

Shows more detailed kernel information, eg. the patch number and whether it's an lts kernel or not on the kernel line

Before: kern ~ 5.4.71

After: kern ~ 5.4.71-1-lts

Personally, I would prefer it being shorter (5.4.0-7642-generic is way too long imo), but regardless of that you just removed a single character that made a whole line useless, a better solution would be http://0x0.st/iDrp.diff
