Adding CPU module change over SCPI #187

I have some problems on custom board, and I have selected r2B4 version and I have r3B3 When I put FW 1.6 or 1.6.1 MCU just reboots. I can go back to my custom version, but on that version I cannot change CPU module.

Maybe in future solution would be that we have SCPI command that could change module model.

Use debug 33 to reset MCU selection, so after that you will be again welcomed with the MCU revision choice on the screen.

Still, I agree that we should add specific SCPI command to change MCU revision,
