Improve saber blocking with repeaters #29

Repeaters are nigh-impossible to block. Something needs to be done about this.

Suggestion: If shots are going to hit the player blocking, but they are not head/dead center torso shots, they are deflected in a random direction (if a head shot goes through, it will hit, unless timing of player is exact). This should make blocking easier for rapid fire weapons that spread like crazy and aren't accurate. Furthermore, it is slightly unrealistic for even the best of Jedi to be able to block all the shots when someone dumps a full clip of repeater on them.
