and data folders... (ex. "data\global\palette\ACT1\pal.dat")

Data folders won't be included. They're part of the original game. See the readme for more information on how to use this.

Platform_Windows.cpp was missing by mistake though. Seems .gitignore didn't want to include it for some reason...
