Pepper spray assignment, wrong officers picked #186

RED Team:When Girard runs out of pepperspray, he'll still attempt to pepperspray because he is the closest. When Reynolds is out of Pepperspray, Deploy Pepperspray will be greyed out and Girard will not be able to pepperspray because Reynold's says "out of pepper boss".

BLUE Team:When Jackson runs out of pepperspray, he'll still attempt to pepperspray because he is the closest. When Field's is out of Pepperspray, Deploy Pepperspray will be greyed out and Jackson will not be able to pepperspray because Field's says "no pepper here boss".

Can someone check and see if this happens in TSS as well? I want to see if this is an SEF or TSS bug.
