Support for Datastax 2.2 Cassandra Driver #11

The 2.2 datastax driver is incompatible with version 3.0.0 of this project. There are some changes being made (mainly Codecs) and some deprecated code that has been removed in 2.2. See http://datastax.github.io/java-driver/upgrade_guide/index.html
