Upgrade to latest cassandra driver 3.1.1

Updated pooling options to latest (in alphabetical order) see http://docs.datastax.com/en/drivers/java/3.1/com/datastax/driver/core/PoolingOptions.html
Fixed NPE caused by getQueryString(CodecRegistry codecRegistry) returning null in custom Statements (the NPE occurs with driver 3.0.4 and above see https://github.com/datastax/java-driver/blob/3.0.4/driver-core/src/main/java/com/datastax/driver/core/SessionManager.java#L563 )
adopted DefaultVertxMappingManagerTest by mocking new classes required by MappingManager since driver version 3.0.3
Upgraded to 3.1.1 driver
