Add support for custom cassandra port on 3.1.0 version #24

Hi,

Is it possible to bring "support for custom cassandra port" (available on 3.3.0 version) to the 3.1.0 version?

We need this feature but we cant use 3.3.0 because we use cassandra 2.2.7
