Doesn't show up (again) #7

Reference to #1 ;

  1. i've a brand new strapi installation with latest 4.13.7
  2. npm install the plugin
  3. run strapi develop
  4. it shows as installed plugin in the plugin sections
  5. it doesn't show when i try to create a new field in any component

any idea what's wrong?

did not rebuild the admin.
