This PR adds Nix as build system for CACE to easily install all dependencies.

A wide range of packages are already available from nixpkgs. Yet, we also have our own flake nix-eda with a collection of Nix derivations for common EDA tools used at Efabless.

This PR is still WIP:

[ ] Add documentation
[x] Fix macos issue
