missing subckt in cdls in the pdk #131

To run spare_logic_block lvs I am missing these cells in the cdl:

ppolyf_u_1k_6p0
nmos_6p0
pmos_6p0
mim_2p0fF

I'm not sure why I'm assigned to this? These are primitive devices. If they don't exist in the PDK then it's because Amro Tork didn't add them, or else something is configured incorrectly somewhere. As device models, they don't really belong in CDL, though. Where does Calibre expect to find low-level devices? How does it find the low-level FETs in the standard cells?
