Updated the simple_por testbenches to have the correct device names corresponding to the current version of the gf180mcu_fd_pr library repository. Also updated the extracted netlist and LVS report.

Related to #14 but merging the pull request should not close the issue---we still need to confirm that the POR is operating on the test chip.
