Updated caravan gate-level to match the latest layout #468

Did the following changes to verilog/gl/caravan.v caravel_logo -> caravan_logo caravel_motto -> caravan_motto copyright_block -> copyright_block_a
to match the layout. This should have been updated after the layout changes.
