Simple fix of openframe_project_wrapper for DRC to remove two metal2 slivers left over from a copy operation.

@jeffdi : Marwan may not be available for review. But this PR fixes the one DRC error (or set of errors) that showed up in klayout. Otherwise, the openframe layout is now LVS and DRC clean according to Marwan (I am still in the process of confirming).
