caravel_clocking views are not reproducible using the OPENLANE_VERSION pushed in signoff #480

caravel_clocking macro cannot be reproduced using this OPENLANE_VERSION. A batch file is needed to be used on OpenLane. This macro was not updated in the PR https://github.com/efabless/caravel/pull/434 that updated OpenLane for caravel macros to prevent such issues. There is nothing wrong with any of the physical views. This is just a reproduction issue.
