Reimplemented RAM256 and RAM128 using OpenLane (not the DFFRAM compiler)
Reimplemented the mgmt_core_wrapper using OpenLane's RAMs

There are no antenna violations in the RAMs. However, there is 1 antenna violation in the SoC that should be fixed manually.
