What version of OL should I use for MPW7 ? #149

Hello, I am working on a project submission for MPW7. I used an older OpenLane version to work on my project. Is it necessary to use the most recent verion of OpenLane to signoff my design ?

In general, we recommend using the version specified by the current shuttle tag for caravel_user_project.
