Restore deleted designs #1

Hi,

I noticed that lot of designs were deleted in the below commit and possibly other commits. Can you restore all these deleted designs in this new repo for reference? https://github.com/The-OpenROAD-Project/OpenLane/commit/d49a0b6d731715308cae65613dcefdd650682ae8

Hello! We'd love to but these designs are not currently confirmed to be working and we're kind of stretched thin at the moment. If anyone's willing to test them first, we'd be delighted.

I'd be happy to test them. Do I just try to run flow with each of the designs and confirm here if it completes without errors? Or do you need any logs etc.?

Completing without errors would be sufficient. That and run-times.

I would also like to do testing for all design if you don't mind @donn i need all designs for my project work so if you agree then please share it.
