Steps

OpenROAD.*
- Fixed alert about unmatched regexes in PDN_MACRO_CONNECTIONS not being properly marked as an [ERROR].
- Fixed crash when steps that generate OpenROAD alerts that are suppressed by the flow experience a non-zero exit.
