CLI

Docker subprocess is now always run interactively and can be interrupted.
Docker subprocess now run using execlp, replacing the Python interpreter.

Tool Updates

Docker image creation now uses a Nix derivation based on that of the official Nix Docker image, which includes a full Nix installation in the image (so users may add tools and apps in the container at their leisure.)
