の今版。

ts-migrateとcommonjs-to-es-module-codemodを使った方法について書くとか。 Typeless TypeScriptからTyped TypeScriptへのマイグレーションについてを上手くまとめたい

先に移行後のTyped TypeScriptの方を書いてしまった。
