Question: nullable foreign key #82

Trying to define a foreign key relationship as option causes the exception below. Is using option the right way to define nullable foreign key?

This seems related to #79 It looks like the way option types work has suffered from some bit rot since they were first implemented Trying to identify the best solution at the moment
