Can't enable memory card emulation for Nintendont #148

Open GoogleCodeExporter opened 8 years ago

GoogleCodeExporter commented 8 years ago
I see cfg loader/other external loader overrides nintendont settings. However,
apparently there is no way to enable memory card emulation. I have looked both
cfg settings and per game settings and I couldn't find it.

I'm using lastest version (v70r78).

Under per game settings enable NMM. Thats what dios mios called memory card
emulation
It stands for no more memory

well that aside, it still overrides nintendont settings to a specific NMM
configuration. like when your memory card emulation settings are for all your
saves to be on only one 2k memory card. cfg usb loader's settings forces those
settings to be overwritten to turn off multiple saves on one memory card and
use an individual memory card per game.

Oh, I see. It's working well now, thanks!

Too bad there's no full documentation about each setting, at least one easily
accessible. I'd never guess that NMM does that without asking.

Hey Vitor,

I solved this issue by adding the following line to config.txt:

country_patch = 1

I know, it makes no sense at all, but it works. Now I don't need to mess with
per game settings anymore.
