Point to nixpkgs in installation section #47

I recently started looking for an auto-rotation tool for my 2-in-1, and rot8 seemed like a good option. After packaging it for NixOS I found it to work quite well, so I got the package upstreamed. It's now available in nixpkgs unstable, so that can be added to the installation section :)
