Donation form: form explodes sometimes #82

I'm not sure exactly how to trigger to this but I think something like the following:

  1. Fill in and submit form
  2. Press back. Fill in form again. It fails with react errors as shown.

Presumably easier to debug on the python side.

Maybe it's not resetting itself properly? First make this reproducible though - I didn't take the time yet. 2018-12-07_010948 2018-12-07_010955

Oh, I don't think is about pressing back.

I can trigger it by filling in the form as shown.
