Social login functions not working #31

Remove Instagram & Google +.Get Facebook & Twitter working. Remove unused icons and re-justify (as in Signup).

Here are the FB & Twitter issues: Anonymous user is created from social logins. We need to pull usernames. Twitter shows authorization box, but Gravitly still creates anonymous user. Facebook has no authorization, and Gravitly creates anonymous user.
